Chart not showing pre-market action

Hey team,
I have been eyeing a subscription for some time and with the new version, decided to give it a go. All good, liking what I see but for some reason the charts do not update the price for pre-post market. Checked the tick box in the chart settings and when I open a ticker, the price is shown, but it does not move despite the fact that the premarket scanner clearly shows the chosen ticker moving up and down. If I select another stock and then go back to the other stock, the price on the chart is updated as it should, but it still does not move.

Also, the pre-market/post-market price is not shown on a 1y/D chart?
