Filter % Options (After.. Greater Than, Less Than, Equal To, etc)

It is critical to offer % as a filter option in addition to a regular numeric value. For example, I want to identify stocks which are within .75% of their 5 Minute EMA 180. If I just use a numeric value it is affected by the share value of the stock, whereas % allows for capturing all securities regardless of their per share value that appear within some % range of an EMA. Being able to set a range for example of 1% below to 1% above an EMA or VWAP would be very useful.
