Include Last Session in Timeframe

Add Last Session to Timeframe, so that it is possible to scan based on last session. This is particularly useful when scanning over the week-end or on a holiday, when markets are closed. This is usually when one has time to spare, and it is a great time to do a full market scan. Desktop version works like that and on a market closed day, will show last session data; web version currently does not show anything on a market closed day.
