Merge Book Summary and Depth

Would be great if you would allow an option to toggle between Book Summary and Depth, since it is ultimately the same information. Personally, I would always want to display Book Summary, but every once in a while I'll be interested to know what size a specific MM has. However, two individual boxes seems like a lot of real estate for the same information.

Similarly, maybe offer the option to remove Log? Again, it takes a decent amount of space, and only certain traders would be interested in that information.
