Trade Rate and Trade Filters

IBKR has this. I think it is very helpful to know the current real time trade rates of stocks to know which are most in play. Additionally, the ability to set trade rate parameters for the last 1, 2, 3, 5 min and so on would quite useful. Trade filters available should be the same as volume filters/criteria. For example Trades in the last 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes would be very helpful.
